The first time they called me to paint a cheer was, actually, to remove it. I was entrusted with the task of “erasing” Franco’s cheer from the University of Salamanca. After this, I have painted more than 70 cheers on the walls of the University, cheering all those doctors who want to leave a graphic mark. Among my cheers, that of Saint Teresa of Jesús, who was honored by the USAL, stands out with great importance. I learn a lot from those who came before me. I research what is out there, I respect what is done, I don’t invent anything and I try to ensure that my Cheers are related to those around me. For this reason, I have to thank the work of professors Luis Enrique Rodríguez San Pedro Bezares and Eduardo Azofra, scholars of the history of the University and of the Vítores.”
